Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 3 years old and over stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 09 Nov 2020 until Sun 28 Feb 2021
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
The house is set on 2 floors, connected via a spiral staircase. It is accessed via a steep upward passage which may be unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due in cash on arrival or by bank transfer.
