: Great location! Theres a shuttle to take you to the main town that you can book ahead of time and your trip back. The pool is great to lounge and the view of Mount Etna is amazing!
: We tried to book another night while there. We were told it was available and then, all of a sudden, it was not available. We were disappointed. Other than that, everything was amazing.

: The staff were super helpful , the location is breathtaking but you really need the shuttle bus to reach town. I did walk during the day but its not advisable on a night out.
: The only thing that got to me was the sun bed saving. I dont expect this in a top place. Never struggled for a bed to be honest but its just not expected or experienced elsewhere.

: The shower was pretty small. One of the drivers of the shuttle bus was a bit crazy with his driving.
