  : Stayed here because it was close by for a family wedding.The hotel was in a good location in the town. close to pubs and restaurants. And had on-site parking.The breakfast in the restaurant was nice but not included in the price of the room.
  : On arrival the room was really cold. We thought when we returned later that it would have warmed up a bit. But it didn't. When we returned after a walk around town, the room was still very cold, and the reception area/ restaurant and bar were already closed ( it was very early, only 2000). So we couldn't get a drink in the bar either. So we grabbed a blanket out of the wardrobe and decided to watch tv, but we couldn't get the TV to work. The batteries in the remote were flat, so we had to use the buttons on the TV, but the signal was bad and kept pixelating and switching off.We rang the out of hours number, but no one got back to us. we got into bed at 2030.There was an ironing board in the wardrobe, but no iron. Not usually something I would use. But we were going to a wedding.If the room was cheap things could have been overlooked but at over £100 for the room and to have to pay an extra £15 to keep the room for an extra hour in the morning and extra for breakfast its definatly not value for money and not somewhere we would stay again.

  : The accommdation was well equipped, good space for my children and I, very comfortable and excellent location for getting about. Nice quiet area, children loved their stay and would like to go back there some day.

  : I have stayed at Peel Aldergate many times. Thye rooms are always good value for money, clean and well stocked.The breakfast is always the highlight of the trip.

  : Good location, great service when I got stuck trying to unlock the key box (someone drove down to help just as I was about to ask my friend to drive me to a different hotel), quaint building. Good shower and comfortable bed.
  : Room was a bit chilly and the door to the room didn't quite seem to fit the frame so had a gap which let the cold air in. Seemed like an internal door tbh. Tea ration was a bit low - only one herbal tea I think.
