  : Room was big, staff was lovely, it was quiet and very close to Tamperetalo (couldn't be closer).We got our room early which was very nice.Shampoo and conditioner in the shower smelled nice.
  : The door to the bathroom was made of (frosted) glass, with very big gaps on the hinge side and under the door. No privacy whatsoever, you could hear everything. Me and my spouse are close, but not THAT close.The fridge in the room wouldn't close, until I figured the door needs to be lifted, in order for it to snap in to place. But in order to do that, the fridge had to be pulled out. The tea kettle wasn't plugged in. No problem, except the socket was in a cupboard behind the fridge. So I had to pull out the fridge in order to use the kettle.There were stains on the tables from previous guests, the trash wasn't emptied, and there were numerous stains in the carpet. I realize you can't replace the carpets after every guest, but maybe spot cleaning could be done.

  : The check in was smooth, costumer service was excellent very polite and kind staffs . The restaurant was pleasant, nice various types of food for breakfast, filled up permanently, fresh coffee was always available even in the room as well. Quiet and extremely clean environment,fast elevator, nice view to the city. Comfortable beds.
  : The room was quite warm, and was no window that we could open. The air condition was working but it was not possible to adjust manually.

  : There was a problem with the booking... As 95% of the time I book as 2 / The concierge said that I'd have to pay extra for my colleague's breakfast. It would have changed our budget drastically....In a few words, they worked it out...
  : Lack of pancakes or waffles at breakfast. we stay at Hilton for breakfast as well as the American standard of accommodation .

  : Excellent location - a short walk from the central station, nice restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable room and good breakfast. Helpful staff.
  : The gym was too small.
