  : I didn’t like my first night my air conditioner was broken and had to get it fix the next night so my first night was very uncomfortable and hot..The neighbor upstairs banged on the celling complaining i was loud which i wasn’t for the past two days!!

  : For a 2 bedroom apartment it was financially a good deal.
  : There was what appears to be blood on the bathroom wall and shower curtain. The air conditioner kept freezing up and would not get below 76-77 degrees. It was miserable sleeping at night, the manager sent out someone 2 times to fix it without success. The fire alarm went off 3 times through out the morning and when I informed the manager she asked us to use a bar stool to change the batteries someone dropped off while we were out. The fire alarms aren’t hard wired to the unit but the low voltage wires are hanging under one of the alarms. My husband is a firefighter and refused to replace the fire alarms with the wires hanging out not connected properly due to a fire hazard.
