  : The location was excellent in terms of proximity to Mid-Florida Amphitheater and Hard Rock casino. That being said, the neighborhood is a bit dodgy. It didnt bother us but May bother others.It was a blazing hot weekend but the AC was already comfortable when we arrived and remained so.Ample parking!
  : Other than a soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower, there was no soap. There are two cots but sheets/blanket for only one. There is very little in the way of kitchen-ware (plates, glasses, etc) which would be very inconvenient for a long stay. Ice maker broken in the freezer and ice trays only half full on arrival.One bar stool broken prior to our visit, which is a concern from a security deposit perspective until I see my deposit refunded.

  : Home had holes in wall that were patched but not painted. The microwave was broke. The beds were horrible. I thought they were going to break. The air filters were black and my allergies immediately went crazy. Overall the house was a bit tuned down.

  : House was super cute and affordable. Walking distance to the casino! Ac will freeze you! ( if your cold natured, bring extra pj's)Came with coffee maker, all the pot and pan you need for cooking, shampoo, soap, great spot for a vacation rental. Quite neighborhood! Close to alot of family attractions as well. Would suggest bringing extra blanket and pillows(Again ac will freeze ya, lol) Host was super helpful when I couldn't figure out the lock for the door, because I tried to open it one minute early. we're already talking about booking again with the kids this time for family vacation!

  : It was nice to have more space than just a hotel room. It was within walking distance of some restaurants, so that was convenient.
  : The house was very basic and needed some repairs. I had to call the owner twice to get info about the door code and wifi.

  : The Location was good. I like the concept of being in a small like apartment very private. Having the ability to use a kitchen was was handy and same some money on eating out. The whole idea behind the accommodations was good.
  : The septic system was backing up, the sewer odor was coming out from the sinks. The kitchen appliances were not clean. I had to spend 45 minutes cleaning the coffee pot, the smell of burnt coffee was really bad. The pots were put away dirty by the last user all had to be scrubbed and washed. The front door frame is in bad shape and had to fiddle with it to get it closed. The bathroom floor rug was very dirty, had to use a towel instead. I feel who ever is doing the cleaning after a stay in the house has completely dropped the ball, it could have been a much better experience.
