  : Major issues tried to switch to a room with the top of bed two days before as my friend going to chemotherapy need a place to stay was told there was probably gonna be a cancellation that day so I want to change. I got there no cancellation. I was been told that I could get a rollaway and I try to get it. I was told there was out even though I had one on hold. I was then told I could get extra bedding and make a bed on the floor and they would have it in my room. I got back to my room. There was no bedding there. I went downstairs and they said they could not access the bed because, the maid service had already left for the day. So my husband and I gave my friend that was ill our bed and we basically slept on the floor with two towels. The next night we called downstairs at 11:30 after we heard a couple screaming each other and slamming doors. No one answering the phone. Couple finally stop fighting at one with started up again at 5:30 in the morning when I attempted to tell the staff upfront while checking out what a long two days that have been all she says was have a good day wouldn’t even acknowledge my issues. It appears texting friends was more important.

  : My room having Ants. The next room they requested us to stay in smelled like sewage. We had to vacate the hotel and booked at the Marriott! Which was amazing.

  : Restaurant ad bar were closed for our stay. We chose our property based on the fact that there was a restaurant and bar.

  : The toliet had incomplete emptying and the sink would frequently gurgle. There was no hot water. The room had a strong odor and the sheets had stains. The staff was completely dismissive of concerns. This stay made me more stressed and sleep deprived.

  : Everything is la carte, breakfast, parking, etc. highway robbery!! $18.00 for breakfast is insane for frozen and warmed up breakfast. I got a better deal on the ybor strip. Less than $10 bucks. I won't be staying their again, I think everything should be included for 1 night $230.00 for a basic double bed room.

  : The hotel is located very close to cabel cars, which gives a really good connection to City Centre. In the lobby there is always access to hot drinks, like coffee and tea and the staff is very friendly and gives good tips about what to see in the city. Thle room was very spacious.
  : There was a small choice during breakfast, I would appreciate a little bit more of fresh fruits and veggies
