  : Rooms are great, the owner is putting good effort into making it a nice place. I stayed in a room that just had been done up. It had a new floor over the hallway and the rooms that connected to it. I had a few good nights off sleep.
  : The bathrooms, the way they are setup, makes them hard to keep clean. Around the shower basin it doesn't look very clean I had the impression of mold. The sink itself is way to small to wash yourself, let alone to keep the water inside it. So no matter how tidy you are with washing yourself. You can't help it to make the floor into a pool. This is the place you stand on for washing, drying after a shower or even go to the toilet. After you've been there, it isn't a nice experience for the next guest at the facilities, as it will al be wet. So I see for the next renovation of the facilities a good challenge to fix it. I would rethink the layout maybe offering one single room up, so the showers, toilets and a sink can be split up or arranged better.
