  : Check-in experience. Cleanness.
  : People who do not respect other's comfort. This hostel should consider installing some cameras and charging double the price of those who have sex in capsules. Capsules are made of cheap plastics and you can hear EVERYTHING. I was staying there for one night (Saturday/Sunday) and there was a moment when I could hear sex noise and humping from two different capsules. Also, people do not respect the sleep of others, yelling, banging doors etc. Awful experience, never again.

  : The original concept. The value for money. Its new and very clean. The design. There was a petrol station with super market next to it. The customer service was very efficient and responsive.
  : i compare with comfort of having own room with bed, toilet and wardrobe. Here it is very separated, one room for sleeping with capsules, one for dressing, one for toilet, one for shower, one for kitchen. Location not that close to city center.

  : No-one in the reception. The questions are answered by a chat-bot most likely and the answers make no sense. It says it provides luggage storage, that's not true. It provides a locker, on a separate room, which is not big enough. But luggage storage is attributed to the ability to store your luggage before you check in/after you check out, it is for your convenience (it may or may not be a paid facility). On my check out day I had to carry all my luggage arround the city because codes expire at 12:00 on the day you are supposed to check out. Luggage storage is a very important facility if you have a late departure or early arrival from the city. There was some check in issues as well as it is all done through a screen before you can enter but it happened to another person so I'm not going to count it on my review. Laundry room: people want to see the washing machine and stuff arround (is there a dryer as well, if not is there place to hang my clothes or not etc) before they pay for the laundry services, which of course is not possible in this hostel. Vending machine: got charged 3.90 for a bottle of water that costs 1.50. Here is the story: I press the code on the machine, it clearly shows a value of 1.50, afterwards I proceed to cantactless payment with my card. It charges me 3.90, nothing comes out. I press the code again and then it gives me the bottle of water without any change or ability to select something else for the price left until I reach 3.90. You can come to your own conclusions after that information, but that is how it happened. Overall: not as good as expected.

  : My first experience with capsule and I was excited! Capsule is comfortable, in bathroom and toilets is privacy and kitchen is perfectly equipped. If you need anything, shop is nearby.
  : Facility is perfect but people (guests) are sometime stupid - make noise at late time. And my TV inside capsule dont work...

  : The hotel is located very far away from the centre. At the first glance everything seems fine inside. I liked the kitchen facilities. But it was a big disappointment in the end. The biggest problem is with the temperature inside the capsule that rises up to 28 degrees at night and its just impossible to sleep there. Not to mention that with the capsule door closed you literally hear everything that is happening around because there is no sound isolation. 0/10.
