: The place was decent, I really like the Bob W concept, unfortunately the bathroom was bad cleaned I'm very surprised that the cleaning staff could just leave it like that, I don't even want to mention in details and share pictures here, let me just say it was not looking inviting. I will keep details and pictures between me and Bob W, they know what I experienced and I hope they take it seriously and do something about it. On the other hand the customer service was top notch, after I messaged them with the issue and pictures they immediately offered me another room, got a little bigger room, unfortunately that room also was not cleaned properly, the fridge had old sticky food and the toilet seat was had dirty/sticky spots. I mentioned it again to the customer service it was late at night they offered to send a cleaner the next day whenever it suits me. It's not the place that is the problem it's the cleaning staff that is not doing their jobs properly and yes the first apartment could have been a one time thing but the thing is the second one also was not cleaned well. And it ruins the experience and make me question the hygiene on everything in that apartment. Because its not something you can not see, it's like obviously easy to spot especially for a cleaner they know what places to look it's their profession. I'm being generous with my score only because of the professional customer service, that immediately took responsibility and tried to make it right. If the cleaners take their job seriously in the future, I would definitely recommend it because it is a good place with excellent customer service and a concept that other places should try to emulate.

: The Location was perfect for us.
: We found the heat inside the building (and many other buildings in Tallinn) was quite warm. Even with the temp turned off, it was still very warm.
