  : The room was nasty disgusting roaches all over the bedding was dirty. I had to go to the store purchase bidding to put on it because it was disgusting filthy that shower was disgusting and filthy it was horrible.

  : It was not clean or well maintained. Comfortor had raised stains, other peoples clothes in the closet, cup filled with liquid in the night stand drawer. They moved us to a 2nd room which had a busted shower door and stained comfortor which was replaced.

  : Room was terribly outdated. No USB ports, carpet dirty, stains on the bedspread, towels smelled like smoke.

  : I like that they said that they will give me back my deposit after having a misunderstanding.
  : The person at the counter wouldnt apply my points when I checked in. I also didnt like that they accused me of smoking in the room when I didnt.

  : The price
  : The sheets, pillows, and comforter were all stained and nasty. The first room they put us in was just nasty. We opened the closet and there were sweatshirts hanging in the closet. It was September 9th which means it was hot and had been hot for months in Tallahasse, FL. How long have they been hanging there? Finding the sweatshirts made us do futher investigating and found a cup of liquid inside one of the nightstands. INSIDE the nightstand drawer! Gross, how long has that been in the drawer? I complained and they moved us to another room. The new room was only slightly better but again had some gross marks on the comforter. They changed the comforter out and it looked as though it was brand new freshley taken out of the wraper and not washed, however I will take that over the nastyness that was on the bed before. The new room also had a busted shower door with a hole in it. I think the only positive is, I didn't see any bugs, but after reading google reviews of the hotel, I think my room was the exception and not the norm.

  : location is not far off of the interstate. we were in town for an event and this location was convenient.
  : the property needs renovations! the shower in our room had mold around the shower fixture. the shower head was molded and broken. the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. carpets throughout the property are stained and appeared dirty.
