  : I stayed in this very same room before and it was much cleaner this time, there were no roaches crawling around when I turned the light on, the put a plate in the microwave which was excellent because before the plate was missing. The breakfast food is always nice and fresh coffee is available.
  : There were no ashtrays for a smoking room and they always have ashtrays and when I went to the front desk to ask for one, the young man asked another woman about it and he said to use the lid to the coffee cup which is made out of plastic and could be dangerous. I end up using some foil I had a sandwich wrapped in and a cup of water to put it out. The fridge could have been colder, before when I was there it actually was and there was a broken shelf piece inside and I didn’t know where it belonged so I left it alone. The still is no Wi-Fi connection even though it says quality inn to connect you cannot connect from your room and that’s a very big problem I think you have to be in the dining area to connect so I had to connect using my own phone which will run up my bill.
