  : There was no hot water. The beds were clearly not fresh. We had to put a towel on the pillows as they smelt musty the kettle needed descaling , so we had no tea or coffee no breakfast in the morning as we were told the restaurant was under restoration. I specially booked this place as it was near the airport, and it included breakfast. As for paying 85, Im really disgusted and feel that I shouldve had my money back. The whole place is shabby and needs to be refurbished. the place. Looks like its being used as an HMO .

  : I turned my phone on airplane mode at approximately 7pm and flew into Stansted airport, we landed around 2245, I airplane mode was turned off at that point. I only got a couple of texts at 2315 as our Uber was pulling up to take us to the hotel to say that there was apparently an issue with the system and we're now staying in a different hotel. We booked this hotel 3 days prior to our stay. Telling us that late at night and as our Uber was pulling in that we weren't actually staying there was and is extremely unacceptable. The hotel that they had arranged for us to stay in was also awful, sagging mattresses, unclean bathroom, neighbours shouting at all hours. Terrible end to the short trip away.

  : A man came into our room twice while we tried to sleep even though we had locked the door. I assume he worked there. A man then demanded to know when we were leaving this was at 10:25, checkout was at 11am. He then had a go at us and told us we had been in the wrong room, we were meant to be in room 26, so it was our fault someone had entered twice overnight. We were told to go to room 25 by the man who let us in. We were given the key 25. I have a picture of the key with the number 25 on it so it was definitely not our fault. The sheets were dirty and the place smelt of cannabis.
