  : The management company was beyond terrible. Booking.com outsourced to Red Awning who outsourced to Turn Key who are simple horrible. Repeated threats of fines, eviction, rental termination if we did not respond to there endless stream of emails within 24 hours. The property was dilapidated: frying pans were disgustingly old, many lids but no matching pots or plastic storage containers, many old bags of flour sitting wide open in the cupboards, expired salad dressings in the fridge, entertainment system did not work (WII, X-box), dusty junk piled under several beds, the master bedroom closet was locked so there was no place to hang our clothes for the 8 day stay, there was hair in the bath tub when we arrived and a pillow in the master bedroom smelled like someone's perfume (likely that not all linens were changed between tenants). I could go on and on. The house has potential but, until the owners wise up and oust their terrible management company and cleaning service, please do not waste your money or endure mistreatment by Turn Key.
