  : The room was updated and clean. The shower was great. The coffee was fresh and best ever for a hotel room.
  : There was no housekeeping service for the 8 days we stayed. The office had very limited hours. We could not check in on day one due to severe weather and unable to travel from Reno to Tahoe City due to a severe storm and road closure and had to pay for cab and hotel in Reno. We Called to let the property know. Trying to get a refund for this but booking,com tells us the property must approve and the property tells me booking must refund. Getting the run around. Does not seem fair to pay double for this night.

  : The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The location to Tahoe City and the lake is fantastic. The rates are super reasonable and leave you with money to spend on dinner.
  : The bathroom and room were pretty dated with few "extra" comforts. There was no place to put one's clothes, other than your whole suitcase on a tv table.

  : Great location really close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops nearby. All within walking distance. The TV was nice and big, and was on a swivel mount, which was great because I could tilt it and see it from a different part of the room. The shower and bathroom are very nice.
  : The room didn’t have anything much to sit on beside the bed. There was a rigid metal chair for the desk which was not very comfortable and there was a backless chair in the bathroom, for I guess for women to put their make up on, and sit down, but it would’ve been nice to have a big comfy chair to sit down on while you watch TV. The walls seem pretty thin because I could totally hear my next-door neighbors conversation whenever they talked. I went out for a walk at night and came across a bear. They did warn us that bears are around.
