  : When paying to rent this 49a unit instructions said I had access to the pool 2 days after I'm already in the unit vacasa called saying it was incorrect and who ever rents this unit has no access to the pool because u need a key for that which they didn't provide it for me The bed seems like hasn't been cleaned I was told there's a sauna place and spa but they don't tell you they're all closed I liked the room but I don't like the fact they lied to me about the pool and sauna and even the tenis fields you can't use them and it seems like they will tell you yes you have haces to everything just to get you to rent it Was very unfortunate

  : The heater and bed didnt work. The bed was slanted to one side. The heater would not get the place warm. The walls are thin.
