  : I did not realize that there were multiple entries. It could be labeled or detailed on the instructions better.
  : I arrived with no sheets on the master bed, no towels, and got both that evening. I did not realize the washer was broken until I found the note under the dryer later in the week. There was mold on the shower curtain but workable.

  : Facilities to cook but utensils were extremely limited
  : The advertisement is misleading at best. It shows pics of the front of the house which leads you to believe it’s more than it actually is. Temp was hard to regulate. The “couch” is a trundle bed that is very uncomfortable. Horrible water pressure. Def not “artsy”, just a bunch of thrift store crap thrown together.

  : Conveniently located to University of Puget Sound which was important to us as we were moving our child in. King bed & sheets were very comfortable. Access to the property was seamless & flexible. Off street parking was a bonus. Quiet neighborhood.
  : The decor was tired. Kitchen inventory lacking, i.e. not a decent knife to be found. Dishes in the cupboard not clean had to wash before using. The bathroom sink & shower had annoying drainage issues (slow to drain). Smelled musty upon entering but with the windows open, the fresh air helped with that.

  : Nice, comfortable unit. Good location.
  : If a $100 plus service charge for cleaning is made, the least the property could do is maintain it. Half the lights don't work (switch at bottom of stairs, all lights on the ceiling fan, the lamp in the bedroom), the faceplate of the bathroom light switch is broken off revealing bare sockets, the toilet paper dispenser is broken, and there is no fire detector in the bedroom. This could be a very nice little property to but I can't recommend it in the current conditions.

  : Felt very secure and the parking on the driveway was really great in the neighborhood. The master bed! Also! That thing was awesome.
  : The kitchenware was highly used and caused the oven to smoke. The washing machine was broken and I really would have liked to have known that prior to throwing them all in and seeing a note.
