: The bed mattress was uncomfortable and extremely noisy, some of the dinner dishes were not too fresh

: Nice hotel, quality wood furniture. You see quality objects but not maintained
: Receptionist didnt present the benefits, how to reach the spa section, hours and location for serving the meals. Once we have asked question after question he was answering but still not complete answers. E.g. for the breakfast we went outside the hotel, to the restaurant where dinner was served the evening before. Cleaning in the room was not for 4* hotel. Pictures with shower attached- missing pieces from the bath tube(which was with dirt)As well in the spa area, nice facilities but a lot of dust and dirty. Passing to the salty pool(missing label with details of how many minutes are allowed, what benefits will bring, contraindications) was through rooms not heated. Passing in the swimming suit was not pleasant and we have high chances to get cold.Food: breakfast was not ready at 7:35. Waitress set the volume loud while we were still eating. Like at her own kitchen. Food is mediocre. Dinner as well, not 4* food
