  : I loved the Room and the Location - Amazons view from our Balcony
  : 1. For 4* I found it not pleased at all to have to find the Room by myself, just with some verbal informations (we didn’t stay in the main building), especially when with a a small baby, stroller and a lot of luggage… even tho it seem , at the end not that complicated, we were new to the location and someone should have been there to guide us to our room and even help us with the luggage. From this point of view, we had better treatment from a 3* Hotel in Tübingen (Hotel am Schloss). Hope they will emphasize more next time and improve the way they welcome new clients.2. The whole building ist smelling of tabac , but you are not able to smoke, in the comfort of your balcony, outside of course. The idea of “no smoking”, I can understand, would never book a hotel where smoking inside is permitted, but outside?! It’s kind of silly…3. As we entered the room we observed that the mirror was full of fingerprints from the last guests… all in all tho, not that bad.

  : Water was off for a few hours on the first evening we stayed there. Not the staff’s fault & they kept us fully informed but it was unfortunate & didn’t make for a relaxing evening!

  : Great location within short walk to shops and old town and overlooking the river (room with river view was great). Room was very clean and a nice size and very quiet indeed. Breakfast and breakfast room very good, again with views over the river. We stopped here on route to Munich, the old town is well worth a visit.
  : Just remember to check in and collect a carpark "pass" before parking in the multi-storey carpark. Its a very short walk from the carpark so not a big deal.
