: The house is in reality as pretty as it looks on the pictures! Stunning views! We have been traveling with our 2yr old daughter and the place has been perfect for that purpose. She loved exploring the garden. The beds are outstandingly comfortable plus the quiet is serene! I must say, I have not been sleeping any better anywhere else in the last years. Our host Raquel has been very friendly and very responsive to whatever question we had. She even brought us home-made cake one day.
: Living off the grid comes with certain restrictions. We must admit, we did miss hot running water in the kitchen. We visited in December, so it got a bit chilly in the evenings and heating the place required a little bit of effort. There is a cosy fireplace though. On one cloudy day the solar panels couldn't cover our need for electricity, so we ran out of power that night.

: the site: great views
: we most of the time lived in the kitchen: a nice, light room with a good view, but without a good heating (we were here during a spell of rather cold weather). The stove was quite smoky, and we dont like that. in the living room the woodburning stove was perfect, so during the evenings there was a nice warm atmosphere.

: breathtaking views, problem-free communication, stylish furnishings
: 1 day lack of solar energy, so think that if you run out, you won't even wash or turn on the lights. the house would deserve more ovens - a rusty clothes hanger that ruined our swimsuits, a torn sofa, dirt.
