: - the host is a kind and genuine person. - the location is excellent; it's peaceful and quiet in the neighbourhood and surrounding apartments. - very comfortable beds ensured an excellent sleep. - kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed the tea/coffee and mineral water that the host left us. - free street parking outside the apartment (we stayed on a weekend, can't comment about weekdays). - excellent value for money. You get a lot for your money when you stay at this apartment. We would definitely stay here again in the future and can highly recommend this property for a stay in Szeged.
: - the host's level of spoken English was not as good as his level of written English, when we communicated with him before our stay. However, we did manage to communicate when we received the keys from him and he gave us all necessary information about the apartment.

: Gabor was responsive and helpful. We told him when we were close to Szeged and he was waiting for us to arrive. We had everything we needed in the apartment and the location is really quiet and nice from what we observed on our short stay.
: The beds were a bit too soft for my taste but this is specific to each person and the toilet could have been a bit cleaner under the seat but besides this, the whole apartment was clean. An additional towel for each guest for hands & face would have been nice, this being a nice improvement not an inconvenient for who is staying 1 night.
