  : -Lots of attractions in one place. You can relax without going out from hotel;-Helpfull and kind staff;-Nice environment around the hotel;-Very good food and big portions.
  : -Not closed parking. Very hard for place front of main entrance;-One elevator from floor 0;-Restaurant on 1st floor without terrace. For drinking coffee at the morning, you need to walk downstairs and go out from the building;-Swimmingpools could be bigger.

  : Very good breakfast with vast selection of food. SPA! Bowling was great. Foosball, pool, tennis table were a nice surprise. It may be a good place if you want to go skiing with children. Definitely not a good spot for a romantic gateway.
  : Hard to find a parking spot. Double beds are pretty narrow. Constant noise in the corridors (a lot of children in the hotel). Crowded swimming pools (again, a lot of children...). I think something may be wrong with ventilation, there was bad smell in the corridors most of the time. The slowest and most crowded elevator ever! The whole hotel with its decoration feels pretty outdated. Value for money factor is low compared to other hotels in the proximity of 50 km.

  : Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, really enjoyed Swimming pools and sauna.Did not know about spa.
  : Reception even when not busy will not give any advise on hotel facilities you have to do it on your own .That's management issue.

  : Great stay. I like Poland and Polish people, they are welcoming. Hotel staff attitude was great to us as foreigners. Clean and cozy room. Swimming pool and sauna are great, clean, personnel checking water every few minutes. Great view from the room, plenty of activities for children, however still quiet area to enjoy. The best was the food, breakfast and food in the Scottish restaurant, amazing, super tasty and big portions, I guess the chef is from a 5 stars hotel.
  : Is not that I didnt like it, but couldve been better if the minibar would work and cool down the products inside, thats all.

  : Beautiful views from hotel. Bar staff we brilliant and very knowledgeable and helpful
  : Over rated and definitely over priced! This should not be 4 star!! More of 3 Star at best. Rooms are very tired and in need of updating. We had to pay another 20 to have a room with air conditioning as hotel only has 8 rooms with AC according to the receptionist.
