  : Its well located in the city center and easy to move around. The room was small but very clean and with new appliances.
  : The overall experience was bad for a couple of reasons: 1) In the early morning when I was traveling to Stettin I texted them asking if they could already send me the instructions for check-in because Id not have internet later, but they were super dry and answered I would get it at 3 pm. So, dont expect any flexibility. The check-in starts at 3 pm, and you only get their instructions at 3 pm.... 2) Once you arrive, you realize the apartment is on the 4th or 5th floor of a big building with no lift, and this was not written anywhereso if you have baggage, you will suffer to bring it up. 3) there was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands (never seen this before!), and 4) they actually never sent the instructions for check-out, so I just assumed what I was supposed to do with the keys (I would normally write back asking, but given the way they had answered me about the check-in....).

  : I would like to start by saying: what apartment they gave me, the heating was faulty, the room was very cold!!! during the day it was 23 or 21 degrees!!! At night the temperature was 17 to 18 degrees. I'm at the doctor with a sore throat. I got sick in the cold. I sent a message to customer service and they treated me really badly, telling me to go to a hotel!!! I thought it was absurd... when I arrived from a walk, I found myself in a hallway with several police officers. they were doing something with a person who was staying, I thought it was disrespectful!!! The worst part was being cold in the room!!! I had already stayed in the apartment and had no problems. This time they were super ignorant and rude to me! I don't recommend anyone staying at this place. The employees who answered the phone were extremely cruel to me.
  : I didn't like anything. I didn't even stay in the apartment for long because it was very cold. and I have photos of the broken heater!!!
