  : The hotel was on a busy main road which we weren't aware of. There was a party with a loud DJ from 7pm to 1.15am just outside our room with banging music - very noisy hotel in general. The half board we booked was very poor indeed - buffet style food - food was awful. Generally, not happy with the hotel. Poor service and no customer care at all. Would never stay there again!! The hotel main website is very deceiving and not everything on there was true!!   : Some staff were professional and welcoming but not all unfortunately. Location is okay, 10min walk to the promenade of Szczawnica.
  : Very basic breakfast. We stayed two nights and both days we spotted dirty dishes and midges inside of juices. Very disappointing spa that did not meet expectations. Afrodyt bath was a cold jacuzzi with a soap inside. Dirty bedroom with insects inside (see photos).
