  : The friendly girl at check-in was fantastic.
  : I was put in a room that overlooked the lobby-where they vacuum at 12.30AM!!! This was also over the breakfast area which starts serving super early, there was a team or group of kids that were running and allowed to be extremely loud until almost 11:00pm

  : The staff were terrific. The front desk staff took care of my complaint regarding housekeeping with the “it’s on me” attitude.
  : There were stains on the bed sheet, gold fish cracker on the floor, debris on the sofa, dried-out soap on the shower wall. Don’t know what to trust with their housekeeping. Also I caught a red spider crawling on the bathroom ceiling.

  : The lighting in the room was a little dim, hard to see in the kitchen/office areas. Might only be a concern if you’re trying to do a lot of work in the room.

  : Once we got a room, it was comfortable and quiet. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful.
  : The lobby bathroom had a dead bug on the floor and there was no toilet paper in the stall. The person at the front desk was very rude to several people who were unsuccessfully trying to check in. We tried to check in about an hour before the designated check-in time. We were told that the management had decided to make the various rock bands checking into the hotel a high priority so their rooms were readied first. While disappointed (feeling less-than-a-priority), we understood that we had arrived early, and we were ready to wait it out. However, when we asked for recommendations to kill the next 45 -60 minutes, the response was a sharp, “How should I know?” This pretty much confirmed that in the eyes of the hotel and its staff, we were indeed less-than-a-priority. At one point, there were three different parties waiting to check in, with each one a bit baffled by what was going on. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel.

  : Clean, comfortable en route hotel. Breakfast was fine with eggs, bacon and pastries. There were some nice walking trails nearby. It was a short walk to town for dinner.
  : The AC in the room kept kicking off and on all night which was a bit noisy. I like sleeping with some sort of white noise so didn't mind when it was on, but when it kicked off it woke me up.
