  : Cleanliness in the kitchen. We found cockroaches the first day we arrived. We dealt with them ourselves and didn’t have any issues later. It would also be good if housekeeping could clean the rooms daily. In our 5 night stay we got the cleaning once. However staff were very helpful and provided extra towels whenever we asked.Overall we had a comfortable stay

  : Loved the spacious areas, separate rooms & kitchen facilities.Bathrooms were great & simple supplies fantastic.
  : The kitchen needs some dish washing detergent & tea towels to clean up.Most of the lamps were unplugged & had to move furniture & beds to plug them back in to work.

  : Location was amazing! Right across from westfield, few doors down from mandarin centre/daiso. Twenty steps to the markets location. Also twenty steps to the train station! The 3 bedroom on the 19th floor had amazing views.
  : you can hear the train all night and not sure if it's the wind but you can also hear clicking noise on the windows all night long. There are lots of broken cupboards, and very minimal kitchen tools so probably not the best if you are intending to cook.

  : The hotel is outdated and urgently requires some upgrading.The rooms are again dusty and in need of deep clean. I wiped down every surface in the unit prior to unpacking and use.Housekeeping needs more training as there were items left from previous tenants still in the drawers and washing machine.

  : The location was good. The Room was very spacious. The staff was friendly and provided good service.
  : The breakfast was pathetic. When other hotels provide a buffet, they provide a box with minimal food. I would avoid the breakfast from the hotel

  : I have been staying at the Sebel Sydney Chatswood for a number of years each June/July with my daughter. Each year, it gets slightly worse. It is unbelievable this is an Accord Hotel. The kitchen is poorly equipped, we had to change rooms because the gas stove top wasn't working - and I know a number of other families who were staying at the same time with similar issues who also had to change rooms. The issue is known to Management. The front desk staff were delightful and are doing their best; but we can see they are working in very difficult conditions. The shower blasts all over the bathroom, because of the angle of the shower head and lack of a properly sealed glass door. The redeeming feature is the hotel's location - but if they continue to let it run down its reputation will continue to suffer, and Sebel Sydney Chatswood's location will not be enough. For a serviced apartment (and this is the only reason why many of us stay there), the kitchen is missing key items; other peoples' washing machines were not working so they had to change rooms. It's just not good enough for the price. Next time we will seriously consider the Meriton up the road. We looked at Meriton apartments and quality of premises and it is incomparable.
