  : nothing really was absolutely filthy, mould on the shower curtain, black marks all over the curtains in the room, carpet was all stained the plates and bowls were dirty
  : the whole experience, we had to go and buy our own toilet paper as we where told they didnt supply any

  : I like the facilities, I like the location of the private apartment.
  : I lost the room keys (the next day I found it at my job), it was around 8 pm, I got a reply by call but the only option that they gave was a call to the locksmith (It's expensive), everyone is at risk to lost the keys and it will be great if, in the hotel, they got a copy or be able to open the room, fortunately, I got a place to stay (friend).

  : the studio felt old and stale, the windows on the patio doors had not been cleaned, the bathroom had mildew in between the tiles and was not very clean, the quilt was between 2 white linen sheets , the bedding was clean

  : Location was good. Management were helpful with giving a full refund as we refused to stay at the property.
  : Disliked everything once we opened the door to the apartment. It was old in need of repair and upgrade. Everything was dirty. I wouldn't let my dog sleep with the bedding. Doona was all stained and bottom sheet had stains on it, looked like someone had peeded on it. Bathroom was disgusting, toilet not cleaned, enamel peeling off bath, fridge completely frozen over. Curtains all with black grease marks, couldn't see out the balcony doors or windows as so dirty. Plus you could write your name in the dust on pictures and skirting, marks all over walls, even spare linen in wardrobe was stained and disgusting. Overall a very horrible experience, plus it cost an extra $100 to book somewhere else at late notice.
