  : Great location and the unit was spacious with a well equipped kitchen.
  : The unit wasn't unclean just needs a good deep clean there is a build of dust etc. Also, it was difficult to speak directly with the third-party managing the property, the lift was turned off over the weekend, which would been problematic if you weren't able to carry bags up two flights of stairs.

  : I got this place for my parents visiting from Ireland for my wedding. It was close to our location and is very central so they loved the convenience.
  : The unit and the complex has not been cleaned properly. There was cobwebs in every window which I cleaned some of them prior to their arrival as I collected the keys. The fridge was dirty and smelled a bit so I cleaned that also prior to their arrival. They had some critters that needed bug spray to get rid of them in the unit. The complex itself needs a good clean so strata should be made aware of this and maybe added to the critter issue in the unit. There was a major party I believe on the Saturday night and was probably from visitors from a different unit. I think that most of the units are Stayz/Air BnB etc so maybe reason why.

  : We liked the location since it was a quick walk to our daughter's apartment. We liked the convenience of walking to market and restaurants. We appreciated the built in storage space. The Kitchen workspace was easy to work in and was sufficiently equipped. The shower room makes good use of the space however it could benefit from a deeper cleaning between guests. The TV, sound system and Wi-Fi worked well. Nice patio with table and chairs. The bedroom makes good use of the space.
  : The apartment was not properly serviced prior to our arrival. The rug is old and was unclean, which was not surprising once we discovered that it was quite possible that the vacuum filter had never been emptied. The throw cushions were dodgy, the couch is old, uncomfortable and almost unusable. The dinner table was OK but one of the chairs was broken. Light above Kitchen table was not working. The Brevelle water heater did not function every time we turned it on. The coffee maker control buttons response inconsistent. The response to our inquiry for assistance with Wi-Fi took four days and by then we had debugged it ourselves. Towards the end of our stay a ceiling leak began dripping next to the air handling system, so we kept a bucket in place to control the water. We emptied it upon departure. The blinds in the main living space do not provide any privacy at night with the lights and/or the TV illuminating the room. The main apartment entry door has a very large gap at the bottom so all of the entry and exit activity in the stairwell is clearly heard throughout the apartment. The general lack of acoustical absorbing materials and the lack of a sash strip at the bottom of the main door permits the projection of all stairwell activity straight into the apartment.
