When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs AUD 40 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:
- Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100
- Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200
- Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400
- Penthouses: Up to $2000

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email. Additional terms and conditions apply, so please contact the hotel for further information using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Bedding: All bedrooms (except Studio Suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. To split the beds the property requires notice prior to arrival. You can request this in the Special Requests Box at the time of booking.

We currently provide one full housekeeping service per week for guests staying longer than 7 nights due to limitations within the labour market and COVID-19 related safety guidelines. Regrettably, we have suspended our daily light service until further notice. Guests will have access to additional kitchen or bathroom amenities upon request to our Guest Services team during their stay.
