: Great location on top of Newtown's life. Good accessibility (parking very expensive but right at the front).
: - window/door terrace lock not working;- you'll liaise with the renting agency whom at times doesn't answer emails or does that slowly, and at times gives mixed info (e.g. asked if there was a bath tub said no but there was one, asked where to leave the key they said in the original lockbox but then another email said to leave on kitchen bench)- in the bathroom there is a private cupboard from which comes a strong chemical smell- some small cockraches in the kitchen area- Chinese guy next door is a heavy smoker and the apartment's entrance often smelled third hand smoke

: Location was handy. Apartment sufficient but sparse for anyone above a single occupant. This apartment complex has shared (paid) laundry facilities that are unclear from the advertisement.
: Management company was a huge disappointment, did'nt answer phone, voice mails or provide any help when we phoned for information.. Conversely I received multiple automated messages that were totally useless. Furnishings were sufficient for a single but definitely not a couple (aka us). The lounge does not fit 2 average adults and there were NO CHAIRS on balcony. I was travelling with my disabled/mobility impaired spouse, and the front door is not even a full size door. Note that the bathroom floor tiles are loose and a trip hazard. Again we tried phoning the management company, who would not answer or return voice mail messages.
