  : This is our regular base when in Sydney to visit family. I like that we can turn up late, go to our room, leave the next morning and not interact with any one. We’ve rarely seen or heard other guests and feels like we have the place to ourselves, even though it’s fully booked out.
  : The decor is dated. This visit we had a room with a damaged bedside lamp, frayed towels, and the kettle didn’t work. The convenience of this place outweighed that though.

  : arrived to be told our booking was cancelled and we would have to buy another room. After an hour of back and forth conversations with manger Andrew including proof of payment finally a room with ensuite. Once again was told nothing available but there was one on the website? One lie after another and truly woeful experience

  : I loved the atmosphere. It is a gorgeous home with so many beautiful heritage features. The host was friendly and the location was great.
  : The mattress on one of the single beds was very uncomfortable. There was no cushioning between the springs and, consequently, they could be felt through the mattress. This meant my daughter had a very uncomfortable evening. This was such a pity as everything else was great and the main bed was very comfortable.

  : Our stay was super relaxing. The room was great and very comfortable. We had access to the communial kitchen which had everything we needed. Off street parking was also available which also made things easier.
  : Because the property was basically self run there wasn't any staff around to help if any problems or questions arose. Luckily we were given a number to contact though

  : The location was ideal for my purposes. The hotel and surrounds has a lovely old world ambience while the room itself was spacious and comfortable enough. The facilities were a bit tired but very pleasant nonetheless.
  : I didn't love that I was assigned a room with accessible bathroom. I found that showering without the confines of an enclosed shower surround quite uncomfortable and messy. There was an issue with the tv remote not working. I.e. the power on/off didn't work, but the remote did work ok once powered on via TV screen to navigate channel selection and volume control. Split system AC unit appeared to be inoperable, but a provided space heater kept the room warm.
