: A beautiful little studio room in a central location but quiet and facing towards the back with nice greenery/foliage... Location can't be beaten for the restaurants and coffee shops.. about 10 mins walk to lightrail, or 15 mins walk to Central station. The helpline staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a small mixup with the door keys but it was sorted out quickly. The entrance is a small unassuming doorway but the building has been internally renovated recently and is fairly modern. Kitchen is well equipped, though we didn't use it much.
: Some of the fixtures in the bathroom need some fixing, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. I'd be happy to stay here again!

: Hair on my sheets when I arrived (including one that looked very suspiciously like a pubic hair). Puddles of water (weather related I guess but .) Dirty walls : scuff marks everywhere on walls, blue tack and adhesive picture stick on things on wall but not a single pictures (unlike on photo above!!!), disgusting unidentifiable substance on corridor wall. Concrete floor stained. Very poor paint job on door frames and skirting boards.No grey armchair in the room (unlike picture). The blinds are useless in blocking the light. Considering the very high bond (500$) , the complexity of getting approved ( I had to send proof of vaccination, ID ) it was very disappointing.

: Freezer of the refrigerator is full of ice (not defrost for month I guess), aircon got leak but immediate fixed.

: good location as had a workshop very close by.
: the fridge had died and the room smelt bad on arrival late at night. Reported this and had to send photos and make of fridge etc but still after 5 days no fridge. Asked for some sort of compensation and got offered 10% off my next stay !! apart from that it was good but its the little things that annoy you when you are away from home. also not enough bedding - lucky there was only me so I could double it up. Otherwise bed comfortable.

: Fridge defrosted. Diswashing detergent rather than diswasher powder as no dishwasher. Needed additional bin liners. Bedside lamp needs new bulb. Bathroom basin needs plug and is blocked
