: Having a bus stop at front of the property was convenient.
: Didn’t like sneaky photos of nearby landmarks on the profile showing the exterior of more modern properties. The property photos provided two days before were of a tired uninspiring dual occupancy building. NEXT DOOR a FAMILY DAY CARE service was being operated - kids we’re being dropped off from 7am. NOT what I expected for a holiday destination. Emails from MADECOMFY were ambiguous and confusing. We took 45 minutes to gain entry after talking to an overseas call centre. NO GAS in the bbq. No access to the garage. My suv barely fitted in the driveway let alone trying to park undercover. The oven trays were filthy. The clothes line was broken and collapsing. Instructions for cooktops and the oven were non existent. A down light globe in the kitchen was left hanging. Of all our rents previously through Booking.com and Stayz - this property was of the poorest overall standard. The interior had been modernised - but for our family of 5 the living space was tight and uncomfortable. There were no outdoor umbrellas encouraging use of an outdoor setting on a patio. All these things are things I’d want corrected if am expected to pay well over $2,000 for a week again.The only positive was the short walk to the beach.

: Fantastic location with a short walk to Freshwater beach. Very comfortable & quiet. The parking space is a bonus as there is very limited on street parking on weekends.

: Location was perfect and off street parking was great, took a couple of min to work out the keys were on the back gate as the instructions say to the right of the door, but other wise fantastic, thanks
: directions to the keys could be made easier or a lock box just inside the first door screwed to the wall on the right, but a minor thing really. The stove top has one ring not working.

: The door lock was very temperamental, the help desk were very unhelpful and needed several follow up phone calls to fix the issue. Beds are small and there is only one bathroom/toilet for 6 guests.
