  : Staff was very rude. I requested early check in. Despite the agree time for check in was 11am with their manager. Owner of the business declined on our arrival and asked us to wait for an hour. It's hard when you drive 4 hrs with 10 month old. Room was very very small. Looks big on photos. Website is very misleading. It says late check out available but in reality is not.On the day on my departure, I requested late check out but the owner message me saying its not available and our website is misleading. Check out time is 10.30am and he message me to check out at 10am.Lots of odd people comes in the hotel including sex workers so not good for families. Very disorganised. No staff management. No regular cleaning. Bad overall.

  : I like the key system and the check-in system. You aren't given a physical key, but a passcode for the front door and your room door. Which is really convenient for me as I didn't have to worry about losing the key. Place was really clean and the location in the middle of Potts Point is good. The room has everything you need - stovetop, dishes, microwave etc. Internet is very fast and stable.
  : My room was on the Darlinghust Rd side, so even with all the windows closed, the noise from the streets were very loud and disruptive. I really pretty much struggled to get some good sleep. Not sure if it would be better if the room isn't on that side. If not for this reason, I would have said I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I didn't get the air-conditioned room, but I wished the fan would have been better placed. But maybe that would not be a problem much longer since they said airconds are in costruction.

  : Great location, easy access with security pin numbers, comfy bed (we like them firm).
  : Worth knowing when you book that 3 steep flights of stairs... We were fine but only found that out after we booked in info email.. Their communication was superb once we booked. Also, needed to turn hot water on, which we didn't find at first....

  : Close to restaurants and metro. And cheap.
  : We probably should have done a better research . Kings cross is like The red light district in Amsterdam. But also an up and coming gay area which makes it better daytime. Since we’re travelling with kids, a room with a view on a brick wall, made it slightly claustrophobic. The scent of mould didn’t help.
