  : Except for the location, nothing was good in this apartment.
  : Expensive apartment ,but total waste of money, apartment was managed privately by a lady (not hotel). Not clean, AC not working, room was hot, shower broken, not working, beddings not clean, No complimentary services (that we can manage, but rest of the things were below standard), lady was rude on the phone initially, as she could not check me in straight away and said that I didn't plan well. ( in fact, that is true, by booking this apartment I didn't plan well). Not booking this again.

  : Close proximity to shopping amenities and restaurants and kids' play park. Night life there are so many people and feel secure and safe. Low noise and privacy were also good from heavy traffic in that location. If you are only visiting the Sydney CBD area, then this place is in a good spot. The lowest rate booking cost for a 1-bedroom apartment which is a plus.
  : Not a kid-friendly apartment if you have < 10-year-old children. My son nearly fell off the windows as there was no window security screen just glass sliding windows. Noticed mold and dirt on the sheer curtains and the room had this musty smell when we got in for the first time. Air conditioning in the apartment was not as effective against the afternoon heat. Driving out of the CBD to the outer suburbs for sightseeing may not work for you if staying in the CBD area. Roads in and out of there can get you lost easily or extend driving time if you miss your turn.

  : we had been told the previous renter had smoked and that the apartment had been cleaned ... the host told us we would still smell a little smoke which we did so not really a complaint just confirming what the host told us.
