  : The hotel was very clean and modern. The toilets were very clean. The hotel is situated in the harbour and we had a great view of all the boats from our room. Our room was spacious and modern. The breakfast was outstanding! There was so much to choose from, plenty of juices, tea and coffee facilities, full English breakfast options as well as fresh pastries and cereals.
  : The receptionist was rude upon our arrival, we requested an early check in and when we arrived, the receptionist was quick to turn us away. We had to ask the receptionist if she could take our bags to store for us, she didn't offer to do this. We had a disabled member of our group with us, therefore we parked with a disabled badge and we were still expected to pay £5 to park at the hotel, despite parking in a disabled bay. There wasn't enough facilities in the room for the three of us, not enough soap, not enough tea and coffee and the beds were narrow considering they were meant to fit two people in one bed. There was also no slip proof mat in the bathroom, and the disabled member of our group almost slipped getting out of the bath. We had an evening meal at the hotel, I ordered chicken skewers for starters and it was an extremely small portion considering it cost £8, I had a burger and fries for the main meal and this was delicious but expensive. It cost £98 for two main meals, two starters and two sides, £10 was added for service charge.
