: They asked me to move my car from the hotel parking lot because I did not checked the parking on booking site. Room is old, furniture and doors also old. Room is clean but again is old.Bathroom is smelly.The breakfast... suggestion- (Better without breakfast)

: We paid 960 Leva for 6 nights and we received one room at the last level of the hotel - 4th level.When we entered into the room the AC was turned off. In the room the temperature was 30 degrees. We turned on the AC and didn't worked. The next day some guy called Georgi came into the room and "fixed" the AC.In the 3th day, we moved from that horror room at the first floor. Here the AC worked but never cooled the room under 24 degrees (we set it up at 19 degrees).The food was horrible, reused food from the previous day... pasta, potatoes and meat.The biggest problem was the parking, 12 Leva/day BUT ONLY AVAILABLE FOR BULGARIAN CUSTOMERS.. this was pure rasism.Another problem, the hotel staff speaks ONLY BULGARIAN. NO ENGLISH.The plates and dishes were dirty.The water warmer for the tea was full of calcium. We told about this to the personnel and the answer was "bahdjdmajaab".... We left that horrible hotel one day earlier because of those problems.

: We paid for staying in Tropics hotel via Booking, and they sent us a message on the day we arrived to the hotel that we are tranfered to Sunny Beach, Sun city hotel. We didn't gave any permission for changing hotel, but they did it anyway. Since l am pregnant, my husbunt and I were disapointed that they informed us (about switching hotel and place) literally 2 hours before arriving. So we are not satisfied at all. They promised us that the new hotel is in the same range and the stars, but it wasn't since one in Sun city was awful (same food every day, poor menu of 4 dishes, towel changing on 3.day, higiene 0, toilet and cabin was leaking, nobody was speaking English, loud music all day with no possibility to rest in the room with open doors, furniture was bad, not comfy matresses etc.). When we tried to complain about tranfering, they ignored us.We didn't liked anything, since they switched out hotel witout any warning and our permission. They switched to lower rang hotel ,witout basic things we paid for. In the end,main thing we have to say is that we wouldn't paid them a cent any time in the future since Tropics hotel is a scam. They have pure 0 from us.
