: The apartment itself, the view excellent, the complex, wonderful.
: The customer service at Sunny beach office and that I had to pick up the keys from there. The mattress definitely needed changing - were could feel the springs.

: We liked the location.
: At check in we were asked to pay a deposit of 100lev and we booked a provisional time for the property guide to come and inspect the property and return our deposit. We were given a document that looks like taking a long term tenancy agreement with a property checklist. Upon arrival and entering the apartment we found that few things are not emasculate with the apartment. Sofa bed ripped, plug sockets hanging of and broken and we had 3 different tvs. Toaster wasnt working but we didnt needed it. One of the kitchen cabinets the door was hanging. All the kitchen equipment was dirty and sticky. The bathroom - toilet was leaking and the shower cabin the doors were not attached properly so was tricky to close and were swinging. We made pictures to all the issues and we send them to the team through booking.com and to the property guide that we had assigned with no response.The sofa beds and the bed was very uncomfortable.At the end we needed to leave earlier and at the start we were told if we give them notice of an hour Jan will come and will complete the inspection and return the deposit. When I contacted him couple hours in advance his response was that he cant because he is not planning to come before 10:00 which for us was already to late. I asked if we can go to their office and return the keys and take our deposit back and his response was if the towels are dirty and used and he asked if we broke anything. We all found that a bit strange. When we went to the office we had to wait a bit but the staff were alright just at the end they made a comment asking if they are going to find unpleasant surprises in the flat. I think this was a bit cheeky! Baring in mind that all the things that were wrong with the flat and no one was interested to fix. The swimming pools tiles were falling off! We will not be using their service again.
