  : The property has obviously been going through a refurbishment. Carpet was new, shower was good, bed very comfortable. Tracy was very friendly and a good breakfast
  : It is on a main road so bit noisy but I was so tired it didnt bother me but be prepared if you are a light sleeper

  : Nice welcome, hall nicely decorated, the was new carpet fitted in the bedroom and landing, new shower control unit just fitted.Shame didn't stay for breakfast as it is supposed to be the best feature. Loads of potential just lacking in capital to finish to a better standard.
  : although it had a new shower unit , the shower does need a re silicone, towel rail/heater needed a good clean and a dust and not too sure how long the bathroom floor had been laid but wasn't very good and didn't want to walk barefoot on it . Now the bed!!! Where to start! Well the sheets were clean at least but the mattress and divan base were just awful and a good nights sleep was not had by either of us . I've now been told that I must Never book a guesthouse on my own EVER Again . On a plus point traffic noise fairly quite, we know because we kept waking due to a spring or 6 digging into our sides.

  : Friendly welcome and the value of stay in which it included breakfast.
  : We actually drove past the boathouse thinking is it actually open and wondered what we had booked. As the appearance of the outside was not inviting. We were quite worried that we had been conned. As didnt even look as though it was open or was even a business. Confusing having 2 doors and the one that is below the boathouse sign isnt even used. The strain it took to open the main door into room then to open the door into the bathroom we gave up and just left it open as needs shaving off on the bottom as obviously had new carpets. And the floor is not level. But really struggled to open the door. The shower wasnt inviting didnt look clean and all yellow / black around the bottom of the door, the shower door had watermarks stains where its not been cleaned. Unevenness of the corridor to the room. When I have a knee issue and have to be really careful. Also other half has issues with both his feet and ankles when your not aware of these rise and falls in the floor, it caused us pain.
