  : Location, proximity to the beach. The beach was right around the corner so we didnt have to pack any food or snacks, we just walked back to the apartment as needed.
  : We had 2 apartments, 5 adults and 6 kids. This place was not suitable for us at all. It is more suitable for older people or no kids families. The apartment is not private. It is attached to the owners and other apartments. The grill is under the owners windows, there is no light so when the sun went down we needed flash lights to finish our food. No place to sit in the evening and relax and play games. The owner is particular about quiet time, we could never really relax. No air conditioning, very hot, there were 2 portable fans. TVs didnt work. We had to call the agency regarding few issues, the agency was great, resolved an issue without a problem.
