  : We were surprised when we arrived to be asked to follow them to a second location - but this newer building exceeded our expectations. The building and furnishings were all new, and a step up from what was advertised on the site. Kitchenette is small but adequate for basic self-catering.
  : Some recommendations or brochures for local tours or restaurants would be nice to have in the apartment.

  : The beds were okay, there was hot water and the apartment was warm. There was some coffee and tea left and sugar, no salt and pepper though.
  : There was no-one at the reception. We were told to take the key from under the mat in front of the door. The apartment had a strange smell, the toilet was not clean, the bed linen in one bed had strange black spots. I found an old piece of candy next to my bed. WIFI was of poor quality or didn't work at all. It was very noisy at night. At the departure, again, there was nobody at the reception. Said they were coming at 6pm to collect the money cash. Fortunately, a friend of ours paid for us and we paid her back.To be honest, I've never had such an awkward experience in a hotel. Definitely too expensive for what was there. We should have stayed in the Spa hotel in Suomussalmi. Not great rooms either from what we heard, but extremely friendly and helpful staff.

  : The hotel is in good condition and very clean. The same can be said about my room. The interior fittings look nice. The staff was very friendly.
  : I noticed only after my stay that I had reserved a room with a shower, but the room did not have a shower. I only remembered that I had reserved the last room available and I know that other people could not find a room the same night, so I was glad that I had a room and did not care too much about the details. However, I think it would have been fair if the hotel had told me about the difference and offered a small discount. Have contacted them now, let's see whether they answer. People higher than 180 cm absolutely need to watch their head at least in the room I had (probably that does not apply to most other rooms). The fridge was pretty noisy. It didn't disturb me too much, but I guess some sensitive people would complain they cannot sleep. I was alone, so the size of the room was not a problem for me. But it was a double bed and there is also a small couch. With 2 or 3 people it would be quite crowded. The toilet is really tiny. The neighborhood is not very elegant.
