  : Mosquitoes were extremely bad, the cleanliness of the unit was lack there of.

  : The space.
  : It was not free wifi as posted on Booking. I had to pay an extra $20 for the week and it still did not work and I kept dropping calls.The back door didn't lock. The pool needed an actual key. I had to go all the way to the office to get a key to the pool. There were signs posted close to the resort that said please do not feed the alligators. Before leaving we were asked to strip the beds and wash the sheets and towels, cleaned the resort and wash the dishes. Check out was 10am but Check in was not until 5pm. Would not stay here again.

  : Very spacious and beautiful space.
  : Under the beds there were wrapper and some trash. Villa that we were in was not setup as described in the reservation. TVs in bedrooms were old model tvs.

  : The location was excellent; it was very easy to find. Elevator access to the 3rd level was appreciated. The layout of the condo was really nice. Bath supplies were numerous.
  : I had to call the office to receive the entry code, as the emails I received did not include this information. I found bread in the oven upon arrival. The pillows in this unit were totally flat in all three bedrooms. Outdated TVs,

  : Found the office property to far away for the property, cleaning bad we need to call because the bathroom shower is dirty, indoor pool dirty really nasty and the hot tub is broken. The floor on the apartment is not clean when my son walk around his feet go completely dark

  : The condo was very nice and clean only stayed one night so didn’t experience much .

  : We like the balcony, air conditioner worked great, had a full kitchen, great playing TV'S, keyless entry, beds were comfortable.
  : There was only one set of towels for a family of three. One towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth. We had to use the wash cloth to wash dishes. Upon observation of one of the bed comforters there appeared to be a stain which looked to be a bugger. Rugs seemed dirty, there was no complement soap or dish detergent or dish cloths. One garbage bag. Bed pillows need replacing for they are badly stained. Whole room could use an upgrade to increase comfort of guest. Thought picture showed a whirlpool tub or walk in shower. Not a big thing but was looking forward to the private tub for relaxation or walk in shower. Walk over tub/shower is a little challenging for me.
