  : It was easy to work with Bennington Properties and they responded immediately to all concerns and requests. Kitchen very well stocked. House was clean. Good location. Quiet in early to mid-May. Bicycles available. Hot tub available; although we never used it. ;-/
  : Cooktop definitely in need of repair. Many of the burners were either not working at all or inadequately working. Some lightbulbs were burned out. Garage light over table tennis left on; unable to turn off/unplug without a ladder. CO2 detector installed too high. Home was clean, but showing some wear. Tile in master bath chipped, grout missing, etc. One bicycle with flat tire. Having a cruiser available would have been nice.
