Featuring a spacious outdoor pool Sun City I is a modern apartment complex located in the southern part of Sunny Beach about 300 meters from the beach and 2 km from the centre of the sea resort. The complex is in the close proximity of Cacao Beach famous for its wide sandy strip of land romantic restaurants and nightlife. The apartments are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen air conditioning comfortable furniture in the living room a dining room with table a washing machine and spacious balconies some of them with view.

Public transport is 2 minutes away from the property and an outdoor swimming pool is at guests disposal. The Sun City I complex has a children’s playground and a mini market. Car hire and airport shuttle service are available upon request and at a surcharge.

: 1. Good location - 10 minutes walk from the beach2. The pool is big and clean3. The room has a big balcony and is relatively well equipped - air conditioners, microwave, cutlery, etc. 4. Suitable for 2 people. If you are OK to compromise your comfort - 3 people can be accommodated. With a big compromise of the comfort for 2 of you, you can accommodate 4 people.
: 1. The flat B-9 is on the 1st floor, the the view is the parking lot on the street. 2. The couch which is used when more than 2 persons are accommodated is very old and uncomfortable. 3. The B-9 flat does not have own sun beds by the pool. This means that youll have to become trespassers and you use other peoples private sun beds. 4. The boiler for the hot water is not working properly and youll have either very hot water or only coldwater.5. No parking space. However, it is relatively easy tofind a parking spot in the area around the hotel.6. No internet (it is not included in the offer for B-9).

: The location is very good. There is a small shop next to the entrance where you can buy everything necessary for holiday. The closest beach is 10-minutes by walk and the city centre main road is 25 minutes. The rooms are clean and organised, the balcony view is for the pool.
: There is only one set of keys for the apartment which opens the reception gate (with magnetic lock) and the front door, which automatically locks when you close it. With six people it is hardly manageable use only one key . There is no wardrobe in every room.

: This is an apartment complex, fairly quiet compared to a hotel, nice kiddy pool, there is a pool bar and the complex was secured.The apartments had a fully functional kitchen, a washing machine and air conditioning.
: Very difficult to find parking. The rep was a very nice lady but the staff on site were not very pleasant. Its a good distance from the sea, 10 min walking to the nearest one.
