  : The rooms were not what we expected because we booked for 4 and 6 people and when we got there I was expecting to see 4 and 6 beds, instead we had one bed for 2 people and the other people were supposed to sleep on sofas - that was about the 6 people and the sofas were uncomfortable. For the 4 people room there were only sofas, we expected 4 single beds. In one of the rooms we did not have hot water and we had to call the handyman so he could repair it but we had to call him every single day and we had hot water for only 30 minutes to 1 hour which was not okay for a room of 6 people, we all have needs. The restaurant in the property was kind of okay, but working with only 1 waiter is not okay, the food is very delayed.

  : I like the fact there are multiple pools that accommodate everyones preferences
  : not once in the 7 days and nights did I have fresh sheets, fresh towels or anyone to clean the room also the toilets at the bar stunk of urine all day long as they are not being cleaned either. the floors are constantly wet and some men think in a unisex toilet that children also use, that it is ok to leave the door open while they use the toilet

  : It was a little far from main area but easily walkable, wasnt sure on use of sunloungers by pool if they were privatly owned or free to use. Complex descibes entertainment but we didnt see any
