  : Close to the beach. The general impression was that everything was clean, some of the staff was really nice trying to entertain the people.
  : The food was terrible. The breakfast, each day, same thing, eggs and pancakes. The lunch only 2 days we had soup, vegetable ones, but only 2 of 6 days....the other food, wasn't well prepared. Sausages and almost all meat , was not enough boiled. Maybe the combinations was strange only for me, but in general a disaster. Also the dinner was very similar to lunch. In general, food not well prepared, a big lack of diversity and most important, the little girl of our friends got sick from that food. If you came late to the restaurant, you have to eat what remains.....and you start with dinner, end with breakfast. In 6 day you have only 5 times lunch, I think is not right. They have parking, at more than 200 rooms, they have parking for 10 cars only. I payed the parking somewhere outside the city, in one strange place. To recover my car, I had to wait around 2 hours.... I will not go back there again even if they will pay me for that.

  : There were 3 pools for the 3 "merged" hotels (1 pool & 1 hotel were not working) and these pools were really nice! The hotel is very close to the beach and it has internal garden where it is quite nice to sit & enjoy your drinks during the evenings. Also the animators were doing their best and we enjoyed several times the table tennis competitions and the waterpolo games.
  : The food!! It was awful! Literally I was wondering what to eat especially during lunch and dinner. Rarely there was anything good and there was this kind of strange (not in a good way) aftertaste after most dishes - of tanned pans. The cheese was old, the eggplant was tasteless, the meаtballs were inedible, the meat was always cooked with vegetables in oven as if you are making some old stew...The desserts were always the same - nasty pastries. I tired them all during the first dinner. Sadly they were all awful. The breakfast was the most pleasant meal so make sure you eat a lot :D Although there is no variety and every day it will be the same.The alcoholic "cocktails" were strangely having the same taste no matter which one you order, just the color was different :D (this is some incredible talent) - there were (I think) 5 different cocktails printed on a piece of paper. In addition all the bartenders were young college students who were working for like 10 hours every day so you will see them in the morning and at 10 pm at night. They were always looking soo tired (although they were indeed doing their best) and at some point we decided not to go order more drinks as these kids might have collapsed any minute. (also stay away from the rosé wine /it's really bad/ a safer choice is the white wine) I don't drink beer so I can't really say anything about it. Also there is no midnight dinner (which is actually a good news for the overworked college kids!!) In the end, I am not so sure if the "all inclusive" in this hotel is at all worth it. Several times we decided to just go outside as there are plenty of restaurants in Sunny Beach. (Do try the baked patatos at the promenade)

  : The food which was full of some condiments, making it uneatable for us and some other people from Romania.No free parking place.

  : A very noisy experience. location ok. the food was not great, the biggest problem was the noise. at least the rooms from 100 to 110 were very noisy.very big spike with parking!!!!
