: It was very quiet and not very crowded. Pool area was empty most of the time, which made a day spent there very enjoyable. Rooms are big, bedroom and living room with a kitchenette. Very clean. If you're on the lookout for quiet evenings this is definitely the place. Other similar looking hotels nearby were very crowded and noisy. And the most important thing of all, especially in this part of the world, the staff were very polite and kind. This is what actually makes them stand apart. Thank you very much for your hospitality guys, it truly made me feel welcomed in your hotel.

: Mix up on reservation for a double room, I thought I had booked for both my husband and myself, but I'd only booked for myself apparently & was charged an extra 40 leva on arrival- be careful when you book! No restaurant or bar, not even a drinks machine. Not allowed drinks around the pool, have to sit at table. Hotel staff should provide plastic / cardboard cups to overcome this. Lid of toilet brokenShower tray leaked all over the bathroom floor.No bedside light, had to fumble around in the dark to use bathroom.No dish cloth/ tea-towel for the kitchenette sinkSome rooms must be privately owned as there was a "yappy" dog opposite us! Walls were marked and the room just felt " tired " needed sprucing up.

: There was no parking although it was described. One of the evenings I spent 1 hour wondering around the hotel looking for a place to park. There was no receptionist. The hotel is not well managed.

: There is no restoraunt, no breakfast. The window wiew to the pool and... to unfinished construction. No iron and hair dryer in the apartments. No washing mashine, no parking(((
