  : Breakfast was offered for one hour...at a DIFFERENT motel...3 blocks away! We decided to skip the continental breakfast and go out for breakfast instead...since it would be our 40th anniversary! We discussed it with the lady checking us in at the front desk. She didn't bother to tell us that not one place in the entire town would be open for breakfast. We ended up splurging at the small local grocery store...cheesesticks and crackers for breakfast!
  : We hated everything about this place. Lousy customer service. Check-in 2 blocks away...at a different motel. Old, hard beds. The desk was literally a small, plain table...with a horribly uncomfortable desk chair. No closet in the room. NO place to hang up anything...not even a hook on the wall! The air conditioner was so noisy that we couldn't hear the TV. Tiny bathroom. No recliner in the room...which we specifically requested. Dumpy place to stay. Sundance used to be a great place. It is now only a place to drive through.

  : Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Location was perfect and price was very reasonable. We would stay there again.
  : There was not a hair dryer in the room. There wasn’t anywhere to hang your clothes.

  : Cute little place. You can tell the owners did lots of upgrades and continue to make changes. Nice little breakfast available.
  : The sink was clogged when we arrived late. It was and inconvenience (and pretty gross with everything backing up) but with only staying one night there wasn't much time to fix it for us, so we understood. We would still recommend!
