  : First time at this hotel in Sumy and was pleasantly surprised. Hotel is in a great location, easy to access off the road and there is parking just out front or in a secure compound at the rear with door straight into the lobby. Nicely furbished, clean, elevator to upper floors and rooms were more of a contemporary hotel style, modern and comfortable. Nice bed and had a great sleep. No issues with electricity or water, all ran well. Breakfast was buffet style and was simple but had all you need, eggs, bacon, toast, juices and coffee! Exceeded my expectations and the measure of a good stay is would I stay again, and answer is yes. I think for the price also, you would grade it as value for money.
  : The restaurant is attached to the hotel, but I think is independent, not sure. We arrived late after a long drive but within time to order, was told you can order before 9pm and eat until 10pm. We tried to order at 8:40pm and were given a menu but told nothing left on it except soup. Lady serving couldn't care less, very poor attitude and people like her let down the hotel and what was a good stay. I think they had simply started cleaning up and didn't want to cook anything else and said only soup. So just check beforehand if they are still taking orders if you are arriving late, otherwise eat somewhere else or buy something from nearby supermarket which we did in the end. Aside from this experience, rest was great at the Hotel.

  : Very comfortable room with a great bed to sleep in and a spacious bathroom. Quiet room and very clean. Easy to park and very safe to stay.
  : The Georgian music at breakfast at very high volume. Needed to ask the to turn it of twice. Breakfast could be better with more choices.
