Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs UAH 30 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children ages 5 and older are allowed.
Children from 5 years old to 17 years old stay for UAH 100 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People 5 years old and over stay for UAH 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of UAH 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that parties and events are prohibited on site.
